Jennifer Tone is a somatic practitioner and intimacy coach who has been guiding individuals to connect deeply to their bodies and build neuroplasticity through ritual, talk therapy, and ancient tantric practices since 2018. Currently, she is completing her Master’s in Psychology at the Harvard Extension School, further expanding her expertise in the intersection of mind, body, and spirit.

In addition to her private coaching, Jennifer currently offers the Somatic Spa experience with her partner, Andrew, at the Standard Hotel Hammam each month. She also leads a private women's circle, providing a space for women to connect, heal, and deepen their sense of community. Jennifer is newly launching an online membership for embodied living, designed to support individuals in integrating somatic practices and self-awareness into their daily lives.

Though Jennifer began offering this work professionally in 2018, her journey toward healing and helping others started over a decade earlier, when she was navigating her own struggles with body dysmorphia and mental health. These personal challenges led her to explore somatic practices, ancient Buddhist practice of Tantra, a 10-day silent meditation retreat in Massachusetts, Landmark Forum in NYC, solo backpacking in Southeast Asia, women’s circles in various cities, ayahuasca in Costa Rica, plant medicine, and has found enriching community along the way. Jennifer also served at a Kundalini retreat as a Seva in 2019, deepening her understanding of spiritual service and selfless giving. These transformative experiences deeply shaped her path and inspired her to pursue this work, integrating both psychological and spiritual approaches to healing.

Jennifer has worked with clients in private sessions since 2018, beginning with in-person meetings before transitioning to entirely virtual sessions during the COVID-19 pandemic. Her work includes a holistic blend of meditation, embodiment practices, and talk therapy, aimed at helping clients create lasting change and self-awareness.

In 2019, Jennifer began facilitating group experiences, expanding her ability to help others through shared community healing. She also offers specialized tools for women’s health, including yoni-healing tools like crystal yoni eggs and wands. These tools are offered in conjunction with private sessions to help women integrate embodied practices into their everyday lives.

Jennifer works with individuals who are exploring spirituality while navigating significant life transitions. Whether you are seeking a deeper connection to your body, working through emotional or spiritual challenges, or looking to create lasting transformation in your life, Jennifer offers a compassionate and holistic approach to healing.

Originally from Queens, New York, Jennifer has lived in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Maui, Topanga, and New Orleans, each of which has profoundly shaped her approach to both coaching and personal growth. Before transitioning into the psychospiritual field, Jennifer’s career began in high-end fashion, where she worked in a showroom on Fifth Avenue. She later shifted into the arts, curating a five-story art exhibit in Bushwick, Brooklyn, featuring 25 artists, and working on events teams with Google, Facebook, and MSCI’s global events team. Jennifer graduated from college in 2013 with a BA in Art History, with a minor in English, and graduated cum laude.
